York Spring Regatta

The end of April saw the club and the Junior Academy in particular have their most spectacular day of racing at York Spring Regatta. We racked up 18 finals and eight wins over the day on the 1000m course!

Our wins were as follows:

  • Open 1x, WJ14 2x, WJ15 2x, W4x+, WJ15 1x, W Mas 8+, J14 2x, J15 2x

We also came second in:

  • WJ14 2x, WJ15 2x, J16 2x, J16 4x, J15 4x+, J14 4x+, W 2x, Mas 2x, Open 2x, WJ15 4x+

A huge thanks to the coaches for their epic work on the day, to the junior parents for towing and bringing the noise to the riverbank, and to Cross Keys Garage Morley for their support with the free use of an Isuzu 4x4 for towing.
