Double (Double) win at Oxford City Regatta

Just when we thought all of the summer racing was done with, it turns out we had one last regatta in the bag!

Evelyn, one of our summer students, grabbed her Leeds kit and entered Oxford City Regatta with a fellow rower from Oxford Brookes University. The double racing as Leeds RC/Henley RC raced in the Women’s Double Sculls event on both days of the regatta and won on both days of the regatta!

A huge well done to Evelyn for both wins. This season we have had some fantastic summer students who have rowed with us non-stop during the holidays and enjoyed their training and racing with us.
