Rutherford Head

In what can only be described as the best conditions ever for Rutherford Head we had a great days worth of racing. Our largest ever entry with 15 crews in some very high quality categories.

Two Open eights in the top 20 in Division One is our best placing ever at Rutherford and some excellent 2nd and 3rd places mean we finish 2024 on a strong note.

Great to catch up with lots of student and ex-club members racing for other clubs (Abi, Joe BB and Cory) and doing so well.

Finally thanks to Tyne Amateur Rowing Club for another fantastic Rutherford, to Craig for towing and to Cross Keys Garage, Morley for their continued support for Leeds with the free use of an Isuzu DMax 4x4 as our towing vehicle.
