As the first of our major multi-lane regattas for the season, Notts City is always the clubs first opportunity to get some multi-lane practice for seniors and for the juniors to experience 2000m racing.

This years regatta didn’t disappoint, with a variety of combinations of crews being tested for the season ahead. It was great to come away with a win in the Development Coxed Fours event for the second year in a row and to pick up a win in the Intermediate Coxed Fours event as well.

A huge thanks to Craig for towing and to our sponsors Cross Keys Garage Morley for the free use of an Isuzu 4x4 for towing. Thanks to Matt Parry for being a hero and subbing into cox one of our fours and a special thanks as always to Giacomo who flies in from Italy just to race at this regatta with his club friends!
