Metropolitan Regatta

This year we took our largest squad ever to the Metropolitan Regatta down at Dorney Lake. The timings on the Saturday were somewhat interesting but it was a solid run out and while the entries on the Sunday were thinner, the standard was excellent giving all of our crews good experience and lots to learn in preparation for the upcoming Henley Women’s Regatta and Marlow Regattas.

Saturday Results

  • W Club 8+ E Final, 2nd; Champ 2x A Final, 8th; Op Club 8+ F Final, 5th; W Club 4- E Final, 2nd.

Sunday Results

  • W Club 8+ E Final, 4th; W Club 4- D Final, 2nd; Op Club 8+ D Final, 7th; Champ 1x B Final, 8th.

A huge thanks to Matt Mole for towing and to Cross Keys Garage Morley for their continued support with the free use of an Isuzu 4x4.
