Georgie Brayshaw - European Champion!

Leeds RC member and former Yorkshire Start athlete Georgie Brayshaw was triumphant at the European Rowing Championships in Munich.

The Women’s Coxless Quad of Lucy Glover, Georgie Brayshaw, Lola Anderson and Jess Leyden had an outstanding race in the A Final dominating the race and coming home with Great Britain’s first gold medal in the Women’s Quad in over 10 years.

Leeds Rowing Club is absolutely thrilled to see the success Georgie is having on the international stage and we’re looking forward to the World Rowing Championships in a few weeks time.
